At One-Source, we begin with a structured audit of your current situation so that we can understand what and how you print. By undertaking this audit, One-Source MPS will be able to present to you a full understanding of all known equipment and an analysis of current operating costs.
As part of the assessment One-Source MPS will also conduct interviews with key personnel in each department to understand current work flows to ensure any recommended equipment will meet your known needs for the next 5 years.
From there, we can design a solution that removes the waste and the hassle and leaves you free to concentrate on your core business.

2 Design
Based on the data from the Discover phase, we will assess, design and recommend a solution that removes excess waste, increases efficiency and productivity as well as meeting your current and planned future business requirements.

3 Transition & Implement
One-Source MPS draws on its extensive experience, skills and knowledge to project manage the implementation and introduction of new solutions and works with you to help change user behaviour so that you get the best result.

We will ensure that correct asset deployment has been completed and devices selected have been optimised for the environment and all devices have been configured to enable proactive device monitoring.

4 Manage & Support
Once up-and-running, we will make sure everything works as it should so that it meets your needs now and into the future.

At the core of our MPS offering, is Fleet Management where we take responsibility for managing the document output fleet against agreed KPIs. You will no longer need to manage printers, record and report meter readings or waste time ordering consumables.
Finally we provide a service desk for event, incident and problem escalation management, and service request fulfilment for those occasions you need to contact us.
5 Review
Unlike some managed service solutions, One-Source Managed Print Services includes a Review phase to ensure the benefits are delivered and that the solution remains optimised over time, meeting the evolving needs of your organisation.
